WHY
The FCA San Diego Empower Internship is a 8-week paid program dedicated to investing in the lives of college students while providing opportunities to grow spiritually, mentally, and physically.

Our program provides interns with the opportunity to immerse themselves in full-time, non-profit sports ministry while spending the summer in sunny San Diego County.

WHO
Any college student who is a rising freshman to recent college grad and has a desire to explore full-time staff with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

WHAT
Educational focus through training and experiential learning.
      • Creating disciple makers.
      • A taste of what it looks like to be on FCA Staff.
      • Serving the local community.
      • Fellowship together.
      • Leadership and professional development.
      • Lead at local and regional camps.

WHEN
Application is open to apply until April 30, 2024.
Interviews and offers will be made within two weeks of your application.
Fundraising will take place from May to the beginning of the internship in June.
The internship will last 8 weeks from early June to the end of July.
